Sea Ranch Ammenities
Guests have access to Sea Ranch private bluff trails and private beaches. They also receive complimentary passes to all three recreation centers which offer free tennis courts, sauna, and swimming pools. The Sea Ranch Golf Links available to all guests. Green fees will apply. Guests receive 2 vehicle passes to allow driving and parking on Sea Ranch private roads.

Activities
Start your day by walking to the ever popular Two Fish Baking Company for breakfast or lunch, then visit the award winning Sea Ranch Chapel, a favorite for intimate Sea Ranch Weddings. Wine tasting is only 15 minutes away at Annapolis Winery, or head out on Hwy 1 for spectacular ocean views while exploring the small coastal towns with a diversity of restaurants, art galleries, boutiques, and local markets. Return to Clouds Rest, make a Margarita and relax, read, or just listen to music with an ocean view. The next day go beach combing, tide pooling, whale watching (November through March), hiking, wildlife viewing, tennis, swimming or golfing at the Sea Ranch Golf Links. About The Sea Ranch
The goal of the developer was to create a community where one could come to escape the rigors of city life, walk the more than 10-mile-long bluff trail in solitude, beachcomb on the sandy beaches, hike through the quiet redwoods, or simply sit on a headland such as Bihler's or Black Point to observe the whale migration in season. Other activities include swimming pools, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts, stables for boarding horses, a private airport, and The Sea Ranch Golf Links, rated by Golf Digest in 1990 as "one of the five best 9-hole golf courses in the world." The course has since been expanded to18 holes. Internationally known for its unique architecture and building design, Sea Ranch is revered for its attempt to blend man-made structures with their natural setting.

Restrictions
No smoking
No campers, R.V's, motor homes/boats may be parked on The Sea Ranch
No overnight parking is allowed on Sea Ranch streets.

Rates and Terms
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
  • $145/night. Add 10% to the rate during the "high" season: Memorial Day Weekend, July 1st through Labor Day, Thanksgiving week, Christmas holiday period
  • Two night minimum. Holidays are three to five night minimum. 4 night minimum in August
  • Weekly Rate: Stay 7 nights for the price of 6 (valid any time of year)
  • 14.5% Sonoma County/Sea Ranch tax will be added
  • $300 refundable security deposit applies
  • Cancellation Policy: 3 weeks advance notice required for refund
  • If you bring pets, there is a one time $55 pet fee
  • Check in time: 3:00 p.m. Check out time: 12:00 noon. If a late check out has not been pre-arranged, a late check out fee will apply
  • Rates do not include departure cleaning or linen service (sheets and towels) which are provided for an extra charge

  • Off season special offered October 1 through May 31
    • 3 nights for the price of 2. (Excluding these holiday periods: Columbus Day weekend, Thanksgiving week, Christmas holiday period, President's Day Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend)
